Discuss a retainer

These are indicative ranges based on comparable engagements, not a quote — final pricing is scoped to your page count, flow complexity, and deadline after a short call. This page is general information, not legal advice, and no engagement guarantees a specific compliance outcome.

Before you book a call.

The most common questions we get about scoping and cost.

Is this a fixed quote or an estimate?

These are ranges based on comparable engagements, not a quote. Final pricing is scoped to your actual page count, flow complexity, and deadline after a short call.

Do you work with government purchase orders and RFPs?

Yes — the Compliance Audit and Corporate packages are commonly scoped against an RFP, contract, or Title II/504 deadline, and can include a VPAT/ACR for procurement.

What if I only need a VPAT, not a fix?

The Compliance Audit package is audit-only, with no remediation attached — sized specifically for organizations that need a compliance deadline or procurement document met on its own.

Can I start smaller and add the retainer later?

Yes — most retainer clients start with a Landing, Website, or Corporate engagement, then move to a Retainer once known issues are fixed.
